Based in AKTAU, but aware about often business-trips to the sites.
Reporting to Area Director.

Our Client is a subsidiary of well-known International Group operating in 31 countries worldwide with more than 8 000 people staff. The Group’s principal activity is to offer industrial catering services and administrate the industrial camps. The Group specializes in procurement management, food preparation and storage. In Kazakhstan our Client has 2 juridical entities with around 15 Clients to manage there.

Your main goals would be to develop the general commercial activity of the company in the country (especially the offshore market in Caspian sea and onshore oil & gas market) and to restore the profitability of existing contracts, its operational management and prolongation.
With the team of 1,000 people you should ensure a rigorous management, high level of customers satisfaction, profitability of operations in the region, including following of contracts and cash flow forecast, establishment and following of budgets, monthly reporting to the Area Director in headquarters.

Requirements:

- Russian, French or Kazakh person fluent in Russian and English is a must, knowledge of French and Kazakh languages is appreciated;
- Experience of work or missions in Kazakhstan is your distinct advantage;
- Economy or Finance graduate, MBA appreciated;
- 5-10 years of experience in western catering or remote sites management companies is essential;
- Experience of team management and knowledge to delegate the operational responsibilities;
- Strong interpersonal skills, existence of successful business development experience;
- Mobility to visit/solicit the new targeted customers or sites;
- Overall view of local market and network, or alternatively, capability to rapidly build up a relevant knowledge;
- Autonomous and structured, used to obligatory reporting.

Remuneration :
- Fix part (discussable) + Variable part
- Possible expatriate conditions and family relocation.
- Rotations: 3 month/3 weeks if not married; 6 month/1 month if family man
