Job Description: ChildCare Group is currently seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to coordinate and lead the Human Resource function. The Human Resources Director is responsible for developing and implementing all HR strategy and programs including plans for recruitment, selection, retention and employee relations. Additional responsibilities include creating training, job descriptions, and organizational development plans; overseeing all aspects of compensation and benefits; monitoring all HR compliance issues; leading the Malcolm Baldrige team, and maintaining all HR records.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field. Professional HR certification (PHR or SPHR) is preferred. Five plus years successfully developing and leading the HR function in a business or non-profit is critical. Significant experience as a generalist is required. Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills are vital. Computer proficiency is also a requirement.
