Human Resources Experienced Hire Recruiting Project Senior Associate-HR Recruiting

Position Summary:

The Experienced Hire Recruiting Project Senior Associate manages various high visibility projects to support key initiatives within recruiting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement templates and tools to enhance recruiters’ productivity.

· Identify and execute efficiencies within the recruiting organization and drive projects to completion.

· Prepare monthly recruiting reports. Work closely with the National Director of Experienced Hire Recruiting and Regional Recruiting leads to ensure the delivery of consistent, timely, and accurate data.

· Manage the recruiting vendor program including selection, negotiation, and management of contract terms under the guidance of the National Director of Recruiting.

· Monitor project issues and road blocks and ensure issues are seen through to resolution by engaging appropriate team members and resources.

· Ensure risk assessments are completed and contingency plans are in place to mitigate risks.

· Review project requests, work with the recruiting management team regarding priorities, and oversee and contribute to the administration of all project management activities.

· Work on issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.

Required Skills and Experience:

· 5+ years of corporate Human Resource and Recruiting experience.

· 3+ years of experience as an analyst / project manager in a human resource / recruiting environment.

· Strong project management, organizational, written, verbal, and presentation skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative / team environment.

· Ability to multi-task and function successfully in a complex, matrixed environment.

· Strong Microsoft Office ( Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint ) experience required.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

· Experience utilizing and working with Access and reporting writing is preferred.

Additional Information:

· Occasional Travel is required.
