Nurse Supervisor - Telemetry Grapevine, TX Salary up to: $80K based on experience Company offering Relocation assistanceAs a Registered nurse on the Telemetry Unit, you will be able to provide superior nursing care to a wide patient population, with a focus on cardiac. The Telemetry unit has low nurse patient ratios, allowing you the ability to ensure that patient care meets the highest standard of patient and family satisfaction, safety, efficiency, and effectiveness.

The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for supervision of all Nursing and Unit-based personnel on the designated shift in order to provide a safe environment for optimum patient care. Assists in implementing policies and procedures to achieve desired goals and objectives. Facilitates in the development of budgets, continued quality improvement and Councilor Management Programs.

Job Requirements:
Associates Degree of Nursing or equivalent required
Bachelors Degree of Nursing preferred
Charge Nurse or Supervisory experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
3 yrs of acute care experience at the Cardiac Telemetry Level or above REQUIRED
5 yrs of acute care experience at the Cardiac Telemetry Level or above Preferred
CPR/BLS is required
ACLS Required
