Plant-Level Human Resources/Labor Relations Manager
Seeking a Plant-Level Human Resources/Labor Relations Manager for a multi-million dollar division of a world leader in highly engineered equipment and services for the energy industry. The position is located in the Boston , MA metro area and a relocation package is available.
The Human Resources/Labor Relations Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting all human resource related issues for over 300 union and exempt professional, technical, and administrative employees at a facility in the Boston , MA metro area.
REQUIREMENTS
*Bachelor Degree in related major required. Advanced degree, PHR/SPHR preferred
*10–15 years current/recent plant-level HR experience in a unionized manufacturing environment
*Extensive labor relations experience
*Must be highly experienced and effective in all aspects of working with a bargaining unit in a manufacturing environment
