As the Vice President of Sales you will be responsible for the overall sales strategy of the company. You will be in charge of all sales teams and for managing and growing the company’s sales network, The key duties will include developing marketing strategies, sales plans, forecast and new product development.
The VP of Global Sales will be responsible for expanding our market presence into Emerging Markets: Latin America, EMEA and ASIA. Will be responsible for managing, mentoring, building, training, and leading our direct sales force developing, driving, and expanding our Global market presence.
Responsibilities:
•The Vice President of Sales in responsible for driving the development of national and international sales strategies.
•Will be selling to C-Level executives within ISP and Network Operator industries
Qualifications:
•At least 10 years sales experience in comparable industry with 5+ years in a senior management position.
•Well connected in the Telecommunications sector primarily selling to ISP’s and Network Operators
•Well connected with System Integrators, Channel Partners and sectorized Independent Software Vendors.
•Expertise selling to C-Level executives
•3+ years of successful experience selling in Emerging Markets; Latin American, EMEA and/or Pacific Rim
•5+ years of successful experience leading, motivating, and developing a highly dynamic and aggressive outside sales team of 5+ employees.
•Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
•Out of the box prospecting abilities
•Exceptional leader with a passion and dedication for mentoring and coaching sales and support employees to success
•Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
•Strong and effective communication, analytical and presentation skills
•Ability to work flexible hours to participate in evening and weekend events
•Must possess strong communication skills, a strong worth ethic, high energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for technology
•Bachelor’s degree required
