OILFIELD SALES MANAGER

Location: Houston, TX

Relocation: NO! Local candidates ONLY

Salary: Competitive compensation package.

*** WE NEED AN OILFIELD SERVICE INDUSTRY SALES PERSON IN THE HOUSTON, TEXAS AREA.

JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for all aspects of selling oil field service products including direct sales, channel sales and OEMs. Responsible for meeting (or
exceeding) sales plan targets.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Along with those identified below, other duties may be assigned:

* Manage all aspects of sales as it relates OFS sales.
* Create sales opportunities in Downhole tools.
* With management, determine and set up channel partners in key geographical regions
* Develop and create relationships with key clients
* Manage profitability of OFS sales
* Mentor and Train OFS sales teams
* Develop technical expertise personally and within the OFS group.
* Develop understanding of how to position company for maximum success and profit generating opportunities
* Develop competent understanding of competitors strengths and weaknesses
* Create his/her own estimates and proposals
* Direct involvement with internal (and perhaps external) teams to determine product development road maps
* Thoroughly track project opportunities and establish a winning strategy for receiving project awards
* Establishes the key interface between the customer and our company and manages this relationship relative to scope, price, schedule and overall
performance. Also capture scope change and effectively communicates this to the customer in a timely manner.

EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

REQUIRED:
* BS in Technical field
* Minimum 7 years oilfield sales experience - (”DOWNHOLE” TOOLS/EQUIPMENT/PRODUCTS)
* Minimum 5 years sales / marketing experience

PREFERRED:
* Enhanced Oil Recovery experience and involvement in Heavy Oil production

BOTTOM LINE
1) Bachelors Degree.
2) 7 + Years Sales Experience In Oilfield Service Industry (Downhole Tools/Equipment/Product).
3) Stable Work History.
4) Currently In The Houston Area.
