Job Description: Aimbridge Hospitality, a hotel management company, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to process multi-state payroll for approximately 3,500 employees. Accuracy and multi-tasking are a must for this position. Duties & responsibilities include:* Heavy data entry verification in ADP from New Hires to Terminations* Various deduction set up, including direct deposit data* Upload of payroll batches from ADP timekeeping system* Assist staff accountants with General Ledger inquiries Job Requirements: Qualifications & Requirements:* 5+ years experience with multi-state payroll * ADP software required; ADP PayForce preferred* ADP timekeeping software a plus* Solid understanding of payroll & payroll laws essential* Proficiency in Word & Excel with clear written and verbal communications skills* Must maintain confidential information
