Chief Operating Officer for IT Firm

Your role will be to reporting directly to the CEO who has an impressive track record and will be great to work for and with.

• Provide inspirational leadership for the front office team and front office management. The front office team includes Client Development, Service Delivery, and Strategic Sourcing. Ensure the vision, mission, and core values in front office team are consistent..Manage day-to-day operations with an effective motivational style that inspires people to achieve aggressive targets with a focus on accountability.

Must have minimum of 10 years IT or Accounting and Finance staffing or IT service professional services sector.
