Director Revenue Strategies/Special Projects
Director, Revenue Strategies and Special Projects will provide executive level leadership in the design and delivery of business growth profitably. The role will work collaboratively with all business units and support functions to identity revenue growth opportunities, design strategies, and rollout implementation.
Responsibilities:
1. Continue to refine customer segmentation models
2. Work across all functional areas to develop global pricing methodologies that address the different needs and behaviors of target customer segments in order to:
· improve financial performance that is sustainable by facilitating greater competitive advantage through creative pricing options that can’t be easily replicated
· improve profitability by increasing margins and volumes, and changing product mix
· facilitate opportunities to enhance financial performance
· enhance financial performance impacts from profit drivers, such as customer acquisition and retention, greater share-of-wallet and cross-selling
3. Execute pricing strategies via implementation plans that align with constraints and operational realities of the company
4. Identifying business growth opportunities through areas such as products and services, pricing, and marketing strategies
5. Get involved in other profit enhancing or efficiency improving projects as directed by the President
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
· Background in management consulting and corporate leadership
Strong financial modeling capabilities are required
· Proven success working in interdisciplinary teams, including helping to provide the bridge across different functional areas
Creative and resourceful problem solver who will seek answers when none are obvious
Strong research skills
Effective relationship building skills and savvy interpersonal skills
