Executive Administrative Assistant - Irving, TX

My Client is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant who has multiple years of experience working within a Japanese company. Will be supporting multiple Japanese Executives, therefore a strong Japanese language and cultural knowledge is necessary.

Additional Requirements:
Manages Executives’ calendars and contact list and independently schedules appointments.
Answers telephone calls, tactfully handles inquires, ascertaining the nature of business and directs customers to appropriate parties.
Arranges meetings, including monthly management review meetings.
Coordinates travel arrangements (domestic and international), expense report processing and reimbursements.
Translates various reports, coorespondence and other complex documents (English and Japanese)
Performs a variety of administrative responsibilities in setting up new employees
Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Educational Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of two years college coursework, preferably in business or a related field.
Minimum of seven (7) years of Executive Administrative Assistant experience with three to five (3-5)years Administrative experience reporting to a Vice President.
Execellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills required.
Proficient in Outlook, MSWord, Excel and PowerPoint required.
