Manager of Recruiting - Dallas Texas
The Manager, Recruiting is responsible for the effective and timely recruitment and placement of internal and external candidates, from entry-level positions to executive positions for all U.S. locations.. The Manager is responsible for development, coordination, implementation, evaluation, and administration of recruiting processes and procedures. The Manager also provides guidance and direction to a recruiting staff, as well as employees at all levels involved in the hiring process.
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) required.
AIRS, CIR, or CDR certifications a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and seven to ten years experience managing a full cycle corporate recruiting program.
Prior experience managing a campus recruiting program required.
Demonstrated experience managing a recruiting team comprised of entry-level to senior recruiters is required.
Focused, proactive, positive and driven.
Thrives on achieving results and working toward break-through goals in a complex, ambiguous, and challenging environment.
Demonstrated relationship and influencing skills that will be effective in a complex, rapidly moving organization.
