We are representing a new client in search for an experienced mortgage closer. Candidates must have mortgage closing experience. Funding, shipping and post closing experience is a plus. Requirements: Closing government and conventional loans including heavy FHA, VA, FNMA and FHLMC. Must have experience closing heavy volumes.
Job Requirements:
? 2+ years experience mortgage closing
? Experience with FHA, VA, non-conforming and conventional loans
? Must have strong experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac
? Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with other departments
? Bachelor’s Degree a plus!
? 100% compliant and honest
? Professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Ability to pass a criminal background investigation and drug screening
? Bilingual a plus!
