This mortgage company offers a very competitive salary (generally 35k-45k) based on experience along with $200.00 per loan closed after 10 per month. Top performers can make a total annual salary in the 80’s.

Requirements
? 2+ years experience as a mortgage loan processor
? Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, construction loans and non-confirming loans
? Knowledge of Loan Prospector (LP), Desktop Underwriting (DU), Desktop Originator (DO).
? Knowledge of investor guidelines and requirements
? Ability to understand and evaluate the financial and credit documents of clients
? Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
? Aptitude for detail, accuracy and organization
? Experience with FHA, VA, non-conforming and conventional loans
? Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with builders, realtors, loan consultants and clients
? Bachelor’s Degree a plus!
? 100% Compliant and honest
? Professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Ability to pass a criminal background investigation and drug screening
? Bilingual a plus!
? Experienced with Calyx Point mortgaging process software a plus!
