Job Description: The purpose of the Regional Director of Operations position is
to direct the overall operations of the assigned Communities in accordance with
applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Ensure assigned communities
are in compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations. Direct
and follow-up on the implementation of written policies and procedures that
reflect the goals and objectives of the Community and Administrative team.

JobRequirements: Seeking an energeticself- starter with a good work ethic and
motivation to work with a great team. The incumbent must have knowledge of the
current State and Federal regulations for nursing facilities in long term care.
Must be able to create and maintain a helpful, understanding and empathetic
atmosphere toward the residents and employees. Must be able to exercise
independent judgment, make decisions and follow-through on them.

Education/Training: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree preferred in health care or
relevant studies. Must have a current Nursing Facility Administrator’s
License. At least five years management experience in a long term care facility
with minimum of three years in a multi-facility level.
