SUMMARY
Performs a variety of recruitment, general administrative and call center functions to support ESA’s Membership & Chapter Relations Department in the execution of plans to meet member recruitment and retention goals. Provides phone and sales support in an effort to expand brand awareness, product purchase and program participation.
