The Contact Center Specialist will provide excellent customer service while responding to inbound calls from borrowers and financial institutions as well as perform outbound calls to insurance companies and agencies to verify insurance information.
>FULL TIME REQUIREMENTS: Must commit to working Mon-Friday, 12pm-9pm.
-TRAINING: Must be able to commit to working Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm for the first 2 weeks of employment

This position is responsible for contributing to the team’s overall goals by selling digital advertising solutions over the telephone to companies not currently doing business with The Dallas Morning News.
