• Develop,
implement, and deliver/facilitate Organizational Development (OD) strategies and
processes, such as performance management, leadership and employee development,
survey research, succession planning, and talent reviews. Corporate and Plant
Operations will be the primary, internal business client.
• Partner with
functional business unit leaders to identify performance gaps and design
solutions, such as: coaching, mentoring, training, development, and
teambuilding.
• Ensure effectiveness of solutions and impact on the business
