Location: Dallas, Texas
Reports to the  Director of OD.
100K to 150K max base. There is bonus and relocation assistance. 
 
Requirements:
 
Masters Degree or PhD minimum.
 
Minimum of 8 years experience in O/D, O/E, transforming organizations, leadership with organizational change, assessments, metrics,  MBTI, FIRO-B or other assessment tools, critical issues, root cause, OD systems design, strategic planning, change leadership, team effectiveness, mergers and acquisitions, cultural transformations, competency model development and applications. Candidate should have OD experience in a Big Company environment.
