Superior Staff Resources is currently searching for two call center representatives for our insurance client in North Dallas. The individuals selected MUST HOLD A SERIES 6 OR SERIES 7 LICENSE. The job duties include:
Responding to customer’s questions and requests including point of call processing
The ability to handle interactions regarding routine service administrative questions with guidance
In addition they will be handling the Service of Annuity products. Call center staff handle the service between client’s and agents inquiring about Variable Products and requesting transactions on their behalf
