Provide all administrative support to the investor relations team of downtown Dallas Hedge Fund. Maintain firm calendars and contacts in Outlook, attend & take notes in weekly meetings, make travel arrangements, prepare/edit expense reports & correspondence, file documents, screen calls, prepare and send out investment materials for meetings and conferences, assist with planning of special investor events. Must have 3+ years relevant experience, a Bachelor’s Degree and excellent writing/editing skills. Salary range is 48K – 55K based on experience. Intersted candidates contact:
