Senior Accounting Assistant Position, concentrating on AR, Collections & Cash Application
• Accounting Systems—familiarity and experience using business accounting systems, including especially matters concerning Cash, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable. Familiar with General Ledger, Chart of Accounts and Journal Entries
• MS Office—able to use MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook at an intermediate level;
• Other Systems—some exposure to Laserfiche, Internet, MS Access, Corvue
• Good communication skills with outside parties via phone and email correspondence
• Good math skills
