Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
§  Perform all
payroll related functions third-party HRIS/Payroll system (currently Exponent
HR) and oversee all payroll aspects:
o   Review, verify and process payroll
bi-weekly for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, with appropriate
approvals including termination PTO, severance, bonus payments
o   Process
physician payments both bi-weekly and bi-monthly as calculated by Assistant
Controller
o   Maintain information flow with 401k provider (John Hancock);
Upload and transfer funds bi-weekly for employee 401k payments; Edit and upload
employee census monthly
o   Manage wage garnishments and employee leave
arrearages
o   Respond to and resolve any payroll-related IRS/SSI issues as
needed
o   Respond to routine inquiries …
