Job Summary: The Director Stabilization and
Reconstruction supports both business development activities and field program
support. Responsible for assigned business development and proposal activities
working to produce positive outcomes for the firm. Will serve as Capture Manager
for assigned technical proposal efforts and will, as requested, contribute
