Responsibilities:
Lead the Payroll, Benefits (health care and retirement), Medical Services and Employment teams.
Payroll: 11 separate payrolls for 1200 employees.
Benefits: ESOP, RIP, 401(k), medical, dental, vision, life ins, AD&D ins, FSA etc.
Medical services: FMLA, workers comp, STD, LTD etc.
Employment: drug testing, competency testing, background checks etc.
Establish work processes, standards and team member roles.
