exposure in a public company
Experience w/ Lawson
query & reporting tools, or another large ERP / HRIS
International (Latin
America) experience and bi-lingual skills are valuable, as is a working
knowledge of Success Factors.

Our client has a need for a contract compensation analyst. Responsible for
implementing the organization’ s compensation programs following established
standards and policies so these programs are administered effectively and in
accordance with the organization’ s compensation strategy.
1)Provides
recommendation of organization’ s market and structure
analysis.
2)Responsible for job analysis and evaluation, salary
administration, analyze compensation surveys and obtain all necessary
information to prepare compensation proposal and budgets.
