Seeking an Employee Relations Representative in Houston, TX.
Responds to/investigates/resolves statutory compliance issues from governmental agencies EEOC) and/or the DOL/Wage and Hour) and  statutory and Company policy issues related to employee complaints. Conducts training that informs employees and/or management about the Company’s position to provide a positive work environment for all employees. Coordinates and resolves employee conflict resolution issues through mediation and/or arbitration; 5-7 yrs. of ER investigative experience; undergraduate degree in HR or related field.
