SUMMARY:  Reporting to an Operations Vice President, with a dotted line to  corporate Human Resources, this position will have responsiblity for labor and employee relations for a 300+ employee unionized plant operation, including:  day-to-day contract administration/interpretation, grievance process, arbitration preparation and corrective actions; employee relations for salaried/non-union staff; staffing and administrative support.  Labor relations will comprise the majority of the day-to-day responsiblity of the function.
