Gather and process
weekly timesheets for the temporary employees through database
Process
weekly invoicing and perm placement fees as they occur through database
Process bi-weekly payroll for temporary employees using payroll
system
Respond to all Unemployment claims
Keep and Maintain
temporary employees personnel files
Enter and setup all new hires in
the payroll system
Process all terminations in the payroll system in a
timely manner
Complete all employee verification requests
Any
other duties or projects as required by management.
