Immediate need for support assistance for the Cisco Intelligent Contact Manager (ICM) platform for a customer in the North Dallas area. This position is full time position + participation in an on-call rotation of 3 engineers. It will also include shift work as change management allows most work performed on the systems between 11pm - 5am for maintenance window. Candidate must have in-depth knowledge in level 1 - 2 ICM support and experience in managing high severity incidents via formal incident management communications.
