Greetings All,
On the day before Thanksgiving, I interviewed at the Gaylord Texan Hotel in Grapevine and accepted an offer for a seasonal position in their ICE! department, selling tickets to their ICE! show. Since this is a temporary job, starting Tuesday, November 29, ending on New Year’s Day, I will continue my job search, and I plan to return to my networking meetings in January, if I don’t land something permanent at the hotel.

I am very pleased to share and announce my recent landing. My first day on
the job will be Monday, November 21st. As I mentioned to the group in
person on Thursday, this position came about from a networking opportunity.

Thank you both for have Robert Half person there this past Tuesday. He got me with one of the recruiter, and meet with her today. After she meet with me she call 20 mins late and she had a 3 week contract job with Drucker Labs in Plano. I start on Monday till the first week in December.

On Tuesday Nov 1 I accepted a position with ILANTUS, a technology consulting and integration firm. My first day was Wednesday Nov 2. This moved very quickly as I was contacted by their CEO on Thursday October 27 and interviewed with the Sr VP of Sales over the weekend.
