Responsible for supporting the Property Management
department with the administration and processing of Client’s cell site leases.
This
position assists the Property Specialist and Senior Property Specialist for a
specific portfolio of sites.
Key
responsibilities of this position include lease and document processing,
information and document management and first level landlord issue resolution.
This
position also ensures data integrity with respect to lease completeness,
accuracy and compliance with company policy.

Investigate, evaluate and conclude first party medical losses (PIP). Knowledge of the No-Fault auto insurance policy and Florida No-Fault Statute.
