Position Requirements:
Graduate engineer with a minimum of 4 years Quality
experience in the automotive Tier I or Tier II environment.
 
Hands on work with SPC, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, APQP, PPAP
and Six-Sigma exposure is required.  Six
Sigma Black Belt Certification is a definite plus.
 
Experience in Quality and Environmental systems and
standards required.  ISO 14001 and
TS16949 is a must.  Demonstrated a master
skill working on disciplined corrective actions and problem solving process
(8-D, 5-Why’s, etc.).
 
Fully understands gauging, gauging techniques for close
tolerance machining, GD&T, and working with computer standard software
applications especially statistical.
