This has certainly been the case for some time now. We specialize in the oil, gas and power industry and continue to see British skilled candidates going abroad for higher tax free salaries with big bonuses, free accommodation and other perks.

Why do employers allow the big and some of the niche job boards to get away with telling their employer clients what content they can run in their job postings and what content they can’t? I’m thinking specifically of recruitment videos.
