The Vice President of Marketing and F&B drives the marketing and F&B strategies for the organization including special event design, coordination and execution. This position is responsible for conceptualizing, implementing marketing and F&B strategy and achieving marketing and F&B targets.


  • Serve as Vice President/CMO for Cinepolis USA, developing short and long-term marketing strategies and management and Food and Beverage initiatives and management for multi-unit, in-dining, luxury movie theaters
  • Responsible for building and leading digital and traditional marketing as well as F&B contributors
  • Design and implement creative, strategic marketing plans that generate sales for digital and traditional media channels
  • Oversee the management of marketing and F&B reporting platforms
  • Oversee and collaborate on the creation, testing and management of website landing pages, app development and updates
  • Develop and report on key performance metrics for marketing, promotional and F&B campaigns
  • Manage relationships with marketing, social media and F&B vendors
  • Lead the management of company’s social media presence through vendors such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram
  • Direct the management of the Event Sales function
  • Manage the creation of new in-theater dining menus
  • Provide strategic analysis to identify new sales initiatives and promotional materials
  • Accountable to Global Marketing organization


  • 10+ years in Marketing with F&B experience
  • Prior experience as a functional director
  • Prior experience in a national restaurant, retail or hospitality/entertainment multi-unit organization strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s preferred
  • Prior experience in a global organization preferred
  • Comfortable working in a matrix organization
  • Outstanding team leadership skills with a proven record of successfully leading teams through periods of change and growth
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to contribute to business planning and execution at an executive level
  • A reputation as a leader who establishes mutual trust with team members and peers emphasizing integrity, honesty and high professional standards
  • Proven expertise in building consensus and positively influencing the outcome of large scale projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
